Care UK is seeking a registered nurse to lead care teams at Darlington Court, Littlehampton. You will support residents with complex needs, manage medications, and uphold infection prevention measures.

You will write and develop tailored care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence across the home and a patient‑centered approach. Join a team that values care, passion and teamwork.

Qualificações

• NMC Registered Nurse qualification required.
• Familiar with Waterlow and MUST assessment tools.
• Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff

• Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do
