Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care.

• May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff.
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate drug records.
• Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times.
