A leading elderly care provider in the UK is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee nursing tasks and ensure residents receive high-quality care. Applicants should have at least two years of experience and hold a First Level qualification with current NMC Registration. As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also advise families of residents and GPs about any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions. Additionally, you will oversee the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and that residents receive the required care. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and sound knowledge of care planning are essential for this role.
