Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Grimsby is seeking an NMC registered nurse to join our renal dialysis team. The role involves autonomous practice, assessing care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating dialysis care plans for patients with CKD or AKI.

The Grimsby unit runs 18 haemodialysis stations delivering care to numerous patients. The post is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) with varied shifts from early morning to late evening, offering training and development opportunities within our

Are you an NMC Registered Nurse seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing?

You may have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, but whatever your Nursing background, with the right attitude and aptitude we have an opportunity for you!

What does the role involve?

Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

Grimsby Unit operates 18 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 81 patients.

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 06.15am and 23.15pm Monday to Saturday.
