Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Renal Dialysis Unit. The successful candidate will support the Clinic Manager and Senior staff, assess and plan patient care, and work autonomously to deliver dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
The role involves caring for patients across a 24-station dialysis unit, with shifts from 07:00 to 18:30 and a 37.5 hour week.
Have a sound knowledge of the CQC’s KLOE (if required) and ensure these underpin all aspects of care delivery.
To provide support for the Clinic Manager, Deputy Clinic Manager and Senior Staff Nurse in the day to day running of the clinic.
To assess, plan and implement holistic care for patients which takes into account the patient’s previous lifestyle and current.

Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care.
You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Sparkhill Unit operates 24 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 96 patients.
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week.
Current days is working various shifts between 07.00am to 18.30pm Monday to Saturday.
