Job summary

Care UK is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a night-shift role. You will lead a compassionate care team, ensuring residents receive dignified, person-centred support.

The Nurse must hold an active NMC pin and be able to work 33 hours per week, including alternating weekends. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a care team to promote independence and dignity for residents.
• Ensure high standards of care and safety in a dynamic environment.
• Support and mentor junior staff and take responsibility for shifts as needed.
