A healthcare provider in Goole seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality care, making clinical decisions, and mentoring junior nurses. You will be required to have at least 12 months experience in health or social care and a valid NMC Pin. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and pathways for professional development.
What was it that made you decide to become a nurse? Did you want to provide Kind Care and make a difference to people in need? Was it your love of learning, and the opportunity to work closely with multi‑professional teams in a field that is constantly evolving? Whatever your reason, at HC One, the Kind Care Company, we can offer you a career where your kindness will be truly rewarded. Whether you are at the start of your exciting career journey, or have years of experience as a registered nurse, working within a care home environment can be incredibly rewarding. It embodies the practice of nursing, all while building meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with Residents and their loved ones. We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that progress with your experience alongside a wide range of attractive company benefits.
As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills – to name but a few. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their lives when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life‑changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
At HC-One, our purpose is to support those in our care to lead their best lives. As the Kind Care Company, it is our mission to provide the kindest support and care to Residents living in our care homes, as we strive to be the first‑choice care provider for Families, our Colleagues and Commissioners in each of the communities that we serve.
You will practise in a nurse‑led environment, making complex clinical decisions, advocating for residents, mentoring colleagues, and acting as a practice supervisor and assessor. You will communicate effectively, model professional behaviour, and deliver a person‑centred approach to care. You will be responsible for safeguarding and recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and you will report any concerns appropriately.
We are looking for kind, compassionate nurses with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC Pin, and a passion to mentor and share knowledge. You will have a commitment to your profession, being able to advocate and deliver person‑centred care, and understand the importance of effective communication. You will be expected to attend safeguarding training and additional training in associated areas.
To compliment your salary, we offer paid NMC PIN renewal and access to a variety of benefits and services to support your physical and psychological wellbeing. Benefits include:
We are enhancing the way we support residents through digital care planning. If you are comfortable with technology or eager to learn, you will be supported every step of the way.
We care about our colleagues and are committed to supporting your personal and professional development. From the moment you receive a job offer, we aim for the quickest possible turnaround to get you started, with full support every step of the way. With clear career pathways, continuous professional development, and postgraduate programmes, HC-One will invest in your growth.
