Overview

⚕️ Registered Nurse

Salary: £23.50 per hour (unpaid break)

Location: Stourport-on-Severn

Hours: Full Time - Days (22 hours/week)

Shifts: 7am-7pm

About The Service

The service is beautifully restored Grade II listed care home, part of a larger group since 2012. With recent refurbishments completed in 2024, the home offers a warm, modern environment for up to 48 residents (currently 24-25 residents).

Your Role

We\'re looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team. You\'ll oversee the care of 24 residents, ensuring their clinical needs are met with dignity, professionalism, and a smile.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage care for 24 residents
  • Use and manage the PCS electronic care system
  • Deliver palliative and end-of-life care
  • Support residents with dementia and behavioural needs
  • Provide wound care, catheterisation, PEG feeding, and pain management via syringe driver
  • Lead on care planning and medication management
