As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of our care team, delivering high-quality nursing tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll assess, plan, and evaluate care, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is provided with dignity and respect. You’ll also supervise and guide care staff, helping to build a strong, compassionate team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining person‑centred care plans
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
  • Liaising with external professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Leading and mentoring care staff to uphold best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in elderly care or nursing home settings
  • Hold a current NMC registration (essential)
  • With strong clinical knowledge and understanding of care planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, professional, and patient approach
  • Ability to lead, support, and develop a team
