What We’re Looking For
  • NMC Pin and Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification – no newly qualified nurses for this role
  • Strong clinical background with confidence in autonomous decision-making
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home, elderly care setting, or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership approach
  • Ability to remain calm, organised, and focused
