Job summary
Total Care Services Ltd is seeking Registered Nurses RGNs and RMNs to work in nursing and residential care homes across South Wales. We offer a fast-track application process and aim to get you started within weeks, with flexible full-time or part-time options and day or night shifts.

We have several opportunities, including full‑time and part‑time positions. You can choose whether to work days or nights, and the role includes block bookings and ad‑hoc shifts. We also work with self‑employed nurses – please get in touch.
