Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Burton-upon-Trent team. You will provide high-quality nursing care in care homes and community settings, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.

Key requirements include current NMC registration as an RN, at least 6 months post-qualification UK experience in the last 3 years, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A Portable DBS is advantageous and drivers are essential for this location.

• Ability to understand and follow care plans in English.
• Full UK driving license and mobility are preferred due to client location.

Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans

What we’re looking for:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years

A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care

The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently

Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
