As a registered nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will support residents at a vulnerable point in their lives and guide them in life‑changing decisions. You need at least 12 months of experience in health or social care, a valid NMC pin, and a commitment to professional standards. You will mentor colleagues, act as a practice supervisor and assessor for students, and model effective communication and professional behaviour.
