Our Agnes Court service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

You’ll need to be flexible to work 12.5 hour shifts across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Shifts include:

From 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
