Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is seeking registered nurses to provide compassionate community and care-home supported nursing across Fife and surrounding areas. Join a values-led service delivering person-centred care with flexible shifts and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years
• A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
• The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
