You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.**Aberystwyth** Unit operates **12** haemodialysis stations, serving up to **27** patients.This is a **full time role of 37.5 hours** a week.
