Care UK is seeking a skilled NMC registered nurse to lead our care team in Aberdeen. You will provide leadership for care staff, support residents with complex needs, and deliver high-quality clinical nursing, including medication management and infection prevention.

You will develop tailored care plans, strive for clinical excellence within the home, and work with the team to put residents at the heart of everything you do.

Qualifikationen

• An NMC Registered Nurse.
• Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
• Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.
