Job description
Overview

This is an all‑gender service for adult patients (age 18 and above) with an eating disorder. The ward is a 16‑bed unit where individuals receive treatment for a period of 6 to 16 weeks. We use a multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) approach to treatment and provide a national service for both local and national patients.

We have pioneered innovative treatment pathways for people with eating disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and diabetes. The successful candidate is encouraged to champion these pathways. The service is inspected by CQC and is dual accredited with the QED network and the National Autism Service, recognising the innovations implemented for patients with anorexia and autistic traits. Please note the vacancy may close early if applications reach maximum capacity.
