Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with individual care plans.
  • Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments.
  • Monitor mental and physical health, administer medications, and support recovery-focused care.
  • Collaborate with the wider care team, families, GPs, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Promote independence, inclusion, and dignity at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards, company policies, and best clinical practice.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives within the home.

Salary: £21.35 per hour + Bonus for Dual Registration

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent

Shift Pattern: Days and/or Nights (flexibility available)

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents with diverse mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Current NMC registration as an RMN (essential)
  • Experience working with older people, dementia, or complex mental health conditions is desirable
