Job description

Llanarth Courtis looking to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team, We have a Secure 95 beds, male and female, 18+ and BTPs 3 secure, 2 R&R. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours.

Main duties of the job
  • Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
  • Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
  • Evaluate and respond to changes in patients condition and needs.
  • Deal proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families / carers.
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of NMC guidelines, standards, and professional practices, supported by evidence of continued professional development. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to change, improvement, and delivering high-quality care are essential for this role.
