Chestnut lodge is a 45 bedded mental health nursing home located in West Croydon, spanning across 3 floors. Our goal is to create a safe, enriching environment where every resident feels valued and supported; which is where you come in. As a registered mental health nurse, you will provide swift and decisive clinical care to ensure our service users are safe and well cared for. Leading from the front, you will uphold the culture and represent the core values of the business, at The Willows.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of care plans
  • Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the home manager
  • Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to the manager
  • Support our service users with everyday activities
  • Play a significant role in assisting and encouraging service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence
Qualifications
  • Current registration as an RMN with active NMC pin
  • Experience working with mental health
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
