Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for an opportunity to lead?
We are currently seeking a full time Registered Mental Health Nurse on a Fixed term contract to join out Hospital at Home Online Eating Disorder Service (ED). This is an exciting service developed in collaboration with the Thames Valley CAMHS Provider Collaborative. The Hospital at Home (ED) team supports young people with eating disorders who meet the threshold for inpatient care. In some cases, admission will be prevented and in others, young people will be stepped down to this model following a short inpatient admission. Hospital at Home (ED) maximises the use of new technology, provides care close to home, reduces admission rates, length of stay, waiting times and provides earlier discharge from inpatient care.
The service is fully remote, meaning that all staff work from home. Travel to Trust sites will be required to fulfil training needs. The successful applicant will require a confidential work space within their home.
The nursing team cover both early and late shifts Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 hrs and 12:00-20:00 hrs.
