Main duties of the job
  • Patient-Centered Care: Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists.
  • Advocacy: Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.
  • Family Involvement: Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support.
  • Collaborative Care: Work as an associate/key-worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision‑making.
  • Safe Environment: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.
