About You

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (preferred or willing to enrol within 6 months)
• Clear understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, and safeguarding expectations
• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about making a difference
• Full UK driving licence required
