Qualifications

• Experience as a registered manager or deputy manager is preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience of supervising and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to young people.
• Ensure the home is a safe and stable environment.
• Work with partnership agencies to meet plans for young people.
• Attend reviews and care-planning meetings.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with children and young people

Knowledge of relevant childcare legislation
