The Role

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of this outstanding-rated service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. You’ll provide strong leadership to your team, promote a positive and person-centred culture, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of operational and regulatory compliance within the service
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
  • Maintain the service’s Outstanding CQC rating through continued excellence and innovation
  • Manage budgets effectively and maintain strong financial awareness
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service growth and improvement
