About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager (RGN RMN or RNLD) to lead a nursing and dementia care home in Worthing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nurse leader to shape high-quality resident care supported by a strong senior management team and a committed on-site staff group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate, mentor and develop the nursing and care team.

  • Promote Quality Care: Ensure robust care planning, assessments and safe admissions to support person‑centred care.
