Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonuses

We are recruiting an exceptional Home Manager for a well-established, growing care provider specialising in complex care. This newly opening 28‑bed home in Cannock is seeking a strong leader to drive excellence in patient care and staff development.

About the Role:

• Lead a 28-bed care home specialising in mental health and complex care.

• Oversee a high staffing ratio, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
