Job description

A luxury nursing home near Andover has a fantastic opportunity available for a Registered Nurse with a care home background to join the team as their Registered Manager.

The home has a "Good" CQC rating and provides tailored residential, nursing and dementia care with a focus on independence and a wholesome resident experience.

With accessible gardens, chef-led fine dining and a wealth of activities to enjoy (including regular trips, events, an array of interesting visitors and more), residents are always encouraged to choose what suits them and to dabble in interests both old and new.

You’ll have full autonomy in managing the home’s operations, with the benefit of additional support and resources from a well-established group.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a nurse-qualified Registered Manager.

Essential qualifications
  • Registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN / RNLD)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager for a care home, to have achieved positive inspection results ("Good" and above) during this time
  • Experience managing care homes with 40+ bed capacity
  • Experience managing care homes with at least 50% private occupancy
  • Sound practical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
