An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join a newly launched domiciliary care franchise backed by one of the Top 5 UK home care brands. Our client is seeking a driven individual to lead the care team and play a key role in shaping the growth of their services across the Camberley area.

This is a fantastic opening for someone looking to step into a Registered Manager role or take the next step in their care management career with the full support of an experienced and reputable provider.

The Role

Our client is looking for a caring and confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding home care services. Whether you're a current Registered Manager or an experienced Care Coordinator or Deputy/Assistant Manager ready to progress, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and the growth of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee care operations and lead a team of care staff, supervisors, and coordinators
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
  • Assess client needs and develop person-centred care plans
  • Drive business growth, securing private and public contracts
  • Implement quality assurance processes, audits, and incident management
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the care sector, ideally with supervisory or management duties
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager is advantageous, but not essential - full support will be provided to gain CQC registration
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekends
