Job summary

A children’s residential care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two children's homes in Leicester. You will lead and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for young people aged 8-18 with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate has a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management and at least 2 years' experience in children's residential care. The role operates Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.

  • Full driving license required.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead two 3‑bedded children's homes in Leicester, supporting young people aged 8‑18 with Learning Disabilities (LD) and associated complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring both homes provide high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers and strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step, with full organisational support.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am‑5.30pm.

Requirements
  • Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential care.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma‑informed practice.
  • Full driving licence required.
