About Us

We are a well-established home care provider delivering high-quality care to clients across Harlow and Epping. With a strong local presence and a growing client base, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the service—with the support of a dedicated Care Coordinator.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee and drive the operational and regulatory performance of the service. You’ll be supported by a Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of care and rota management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of care across Harlow and Epping

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and lead on quality audits
  • Line-manage the Care Coordinator and wider care team
  • Support recruitment, retention, and training of care staff
  • Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure all incidents are properly handled
  • Liaise with local authorities and commissioners
  • Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the team
You Must Have
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to complete)
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Confidence in managing teams, rotas, and audits
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding home care
  • A full driving licence and the ability to travel locally
