Overview

Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading private provider of specialist neuro‑rehabilitation, together we are looking for a Registered Manager (Clinical) to oversee a flagship service for the organisation.

This medium bedded service supports adult patients who require specialist rehabilitation due to degenerative neurological conditions such as traumatic brain or spinal injuries, stroke, neurological conditions or those that are post‑neurosurgery.

Boasting consistent 'Good' CQC ratings, the service is stable with long standing members of staff, no agency use and excellent occupancy ratings. You will be working alongside a passionate clinical and operational team in ensuring safe, timely, efficient and highest quality of care is provided to their clients.

You will have Unit Managers reporting to you and you will be working closely with the Operations Director in shaping the location.

Location

The position is located in Milton Keynes and is commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Luton and Aylesbury.

Criteria

• Nurse Qualification with a valid NMC pin or Therapy Qualification with a valid HCPC pin
• Speciality experience in Neurological / Brain Injury / Complex Care services
• Extensive experience in quality, compliance and governance within hospitals
• Forward thinking, and has a proven track record of innovating services
• Good commercial acumen, understanding of budget / P&L
• Good communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards
• Clear DBS

Interview

1st Stage are held via MS Teams with the Head of Recruitment.

2nd Stage (Final Stage) to be held face to face with the Operations Director and another member of the senior leadership team, formal and competency based.

Salary

The role is paying up to £67,000 per annum and has an excellent benefit package including 25 days annual leave and 8 Bank Holidays.
