Job summary

A children's residential service in West Midlands seeks a dedicated Registered Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. Candidates must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare and have at least 5 years of experience in residential childcare, including 2 years in a management position.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in residential childcare, with 2+ years in management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, staffing, and home resources effectively.
