About the Role ök

IntSol Care Personnel is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Manager to lead a child_notes farm supporting young people aged 12-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Youll be responsible for ensuring the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance, in line with the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and <_questions Ofsted Quality Standards.

This is a pivotal leadership role within a values-driven organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic care and creating nurturing environments where young people can truly flourish.
