Qualifications

This is the perfect role for a well-established deputy manager or manager that wants to grow with an ever expanding company.

What we are looking for
  • Minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years
  • At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
