A care provider in Bolton is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a home specializing in care for children with learning disabilities. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted registered home and knowledge of relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in achieving good outcomes with Ofsted inspections. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both staff and children.
As the Registered Manager you will utilize your extensive experience and leadership skills, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the children.
This is a successful home registered for learning disabilities and mental health. We cater for the younger age group. The home has a settled and stable staff team, along with a lively and happy group of children. This is a genuine opportunity to build on an excellent service within an established and supportive management team.
