We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and shape our brand-new trauma-informed therapeutic children’s service in Swindon. Designed to feel like a true family home, this unique service will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people, where they can flourish and feel truly valued.

With space for just 4 to 5 children, our service will focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering personalised care that mirrors the routines and relationships of a family home. From supporting with homework to sharing everyday moments like mealtimes and activities, this service is built on fostering trust, connection, and emotional well‑being.
