Registered Manager - Children's Residential

Location: Blaenau Gwent

Salary: Up to £50,000

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's residential home in Blaenau Gwent. You will oversee the home's operations, ensuring compliance and delivering trauma-informed care for young people with complex needs, including Autism, EBD, and CSE risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-quality care in line with Welsh Government standards
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, RISCA, and inspection frameworks
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer and oversee safeguarding practices
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop staff to maintain a skilled team

Essential Requirements
