Job summary

A leading children's care provider in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a residential children's home. This role involves ensuring high standards of care and compliance while managing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and significant experience in managing residential care. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £48,000 per annum plus a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Registered with Social Care Wales and DBS Update Service preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home preferred.

  • Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and development.

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + bonus

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's home in Cardiff. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment.

You'll support young people with complex needs, including Autism, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
