St Joseph’s Specialist Trust is a School, College, Children’s Home and Adult Supported Living Houses. Our Children’s Home comprises a number of houses, each with between 2‑6 young people aged 12‑19 years who have special needs including severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour. We’re now looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our on‑site children’s homes – ensuring every young person receives the highest standards of care, support and opportunity.
As Registered Manager you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home and provide strong, positive leadership to your residential team. You will inspire, mentor and develop staff, creating a culture of warmth, safety and accountability where young people can thrive. Working closely with teachers, therapists, families and external professionals, you will help ensure that care, education and therapy are fully integrated for each child. You must have a sufficient level of mental, physical and emotional resilience to meet the demands of the role.
You will be joining a passionate and highly skilled community, supported by a Senior Leadership Team who are committed to your professional growth and the wellbeing of your team.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and shape the lives of children and young people who need the highest level of care, compassion and consistency. If you are ready to take the next step in your residential care career and want to be part of a highly respected, supportive organisation – we would love to hear from you.
