Job summary

A childcare service provider in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home. You will be responsible for the daily operations and ensuring a supportive environment for children and young people. The ideal candidate has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, at least 2 years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role within a children's home.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, inspections, safeguarding, whistleblowing, and supervision practices.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team within a children's residential setting.
  • Clear enhanced DBS check.

Registered Manager Childrens Home (Ofsted) Up to 54000

The service is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a childrens home and provide the highest standards of care support and safety. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Childrens Home Manager who is passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives while leading a committed team in a supportive and rewarding environment.

As Registered Manager you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Ofsted-registered childrens home. Youll ensure the home is a safe nurturing and positive environment where children and young people can thrive while meeting all regulatory requirements and providing strong leadership to the staff team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services.
