A leading care provider based in Shincliffe is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to set the culture of the service and ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a senior management role and possess strong leadership skills. This full-time position offers various employee benefits, including a referral scheme and funded qualifications, fostering a positive impact on residents' lives.
The Registered Manager is responsible for setting the culture of the service and ensuring that everyone within it lives and breathes our organisational values in line with the company ethos. The role also involves taking responsibility for all aspects of the management of the service in line with organisational expectations, regulators such as CQC, CSSIW, CI and the local commissioning bodies, and ensuring accountability for the registration of the service with the appropriate regulated body.

The Dispensary – Swanton Care is a stunning care home situated in a quaint picturesque village close to Durham city. We are a new service, recently opening in May 2023, where we offer superbly adapted apartment‑style living to five people who require specialist care and support and live with complex needs including Autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
