A fantastic luxury care home near Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join the team as their Registered Manager.

Offering bespoke residential and dementia care, the home is a recent addition to the area and is led by a group consistently rated one of the UK's best for quality and resident experience.

Residents receive all the support they need to live comfortably while enjoying luxuriously-furnished quiet and social spaces, fine dining experiences (with fresh seasonal menus) and a simply packed entertainment programme at this tastefully modern home.

As Registered Manager, you will have full operational control of the home. You'll assure safety, regulatory compliance and the delivery of consistently excellent elderly care, while staying committed to continuous team and service development.

Success in your role will be rewarded through service quality bonuses of up to 10,000 , in addition to automatic profit share bonuses that can reach up to 100% of your salary.

As this is a residential home, a nursing background is not required (but would be an advantage).

This is a permanent , full-time position for a Registered Manager.

Person specification

• Recent experience as a Registered Manager for a care home, to have achieved positive inspection results (ratings "Good" and above) during this time
• Experience managing care homes with 40+ bed capacity
• Sound practical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
