Registered Manager - Children's Home (EBD)

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

Overview

We're working with a family-led care provider preparing to open a brand-new 3-bed children's home in Solihull, supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home is fully refurbished, beautifully designed, and ready to open its doors now all it needs is an experienced Registered Manager to bring it to life.

This is an opportunity to lead from day one, shape the culture, and build a service that truly reflects your values and approach to high-quality, child-centred care.

About the Home

Located in a quiet, low-crime area of Solihull, the home has been thoughtfully created to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing. It features:

  • Three spacious children's bedrooms
  • A modern open-plan lounge and dining area
  • Dedicated games/study room
  • Enclosed rear garden
  • Separate staff office, sleep-in room, and shower facilities

Requirements
