We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role involves ensuring high standards of care, maintaining CQC compliance, and leading a skilled team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, committed to promoting positive outcomes for individuals while ensuring an effective, well-run service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
• Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements through audits, training, and quality assurance.
• Oversee budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource allocation.
• Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, families, and professionals.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance service quality and staff performance.

Requirements

• CQC Inspection Experience is essential.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager.
• Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• CQC Registered Manager status preferred, with experience maintaining strong compliance ratings.
• Experience in referrals and commissioning.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to implement best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing operational and care-related challenges.
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Enhanced DBS Check required.
