Are you an experienced and motivated leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an exceptional Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes in Chesterfield, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, standards and outcomes of two homes, while building and inspiring a committed and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, consistent leadership across both homes, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people
  • Hold dual Ofsted registration and ensure both homes fully meet all regulatory standards
  • Create safe, nurturing, and structured environments where young people can thrive
  • Lead on safeguarding, care planning and risk management
  • Recruit, develop, motivate and support staff to deliver outstanding care
  • Build positive working relationships with families, external professionals, and local authorities
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practice is embedded across both services
About You
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and child protection
