Job summary

Registered Manager Lead a Well-Established EBD Home
Holbeach 4-Bed EBD Home Ofsted 'Good'

We are recruiting a confident and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a stable, well-supported children's home in Holbeach. This 4-bed EBD home is currently home to just two young people and holds a Good Ofsted rating. It's backed by a dedicated Deputy and an experienced Regional Manager offering you the stability and headspace to lead with vision.

Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the running of a 4-bed children's home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Lead a culture that prioritises safety, therapeutic care and meaningful outcomes
  • Support and mentor a capable Deputy and wider staff team
  • Work closely with clinicians, specialist advisors and educators to deliver joined-up care
  • Oversee safeguarding, care planning, compliance, team development and budgeting
  • Contribute to service improvement and help shape a thriving, child-centred environment

About You
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential childcare at senior level
  • Level 3 or 4 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
  • Clear understanding of children's home regulations and safeguarding legislation
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and operational management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call responsibilities
