We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's residential home for a leading specialist provider. Key responsibilities
  • Leading and inspiring a committed team to deliver high-quality, child-centered care
  • Ensuring the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all young people
  • Promoting positive behavior and supporting individual development plans
  • Building strong relationships with young people, listening to their views, and engaging with their hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies
  • Managing operational duties, including staff supervision, training, and performance reviews
  • Driving continuous improvement and professional development within the team
