A children's care organization in Ashford is seeking a Registered Manager to lead their children's home. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. Candidates should have significant experience in residential care, a Level 5 leadership qualification, and a passion for helping children with complex needs. This role includes managing staff, care planning, and safeguarding. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary & Sleep-in Payments: £55,000 per annum.

As Registered Manager you will lead the day-to-day operation of our children’s home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and therapeutic support. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where young people can thrive, while ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations and all relevant safeguarding legislation.
You will manage and develop the staff team, oversee care planning and drive continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for the children in our care.
